Inside Look: Giuliana Rancic’s Surprise Baby Party

We all heard Giuliana Rancic’s big baby news earlier this week, but the celebrating didn’t stop there. According to PEOPLE, her E! colleagues threw her a surprise baby party yesterday. The decorations were kept gender-neutral (only Giuliana and her husband Bill know the sex of the baby) and there were tons of delicious treats like cakepops, candies and cupcakes. Yum! But this wasn’t exactly a baby shower, sources say it was just a party to say “Congratulations!”
