I love Rue but then I had to laugh because so many toddlers have trouble with the R sound, that Rue might end up being called Wue!

Ahhh, I’m so mad at Game of Thrones! We named our son Arya (by the way, in Sanskrit it means “noble; truthful”), and now he’ll grow up with a generation of girls with his name. We absolutely love the name Arya (for boy or girl), but really hope it doesn’t end up being common. How sad that baby name trends are being set by television characters……… Oh well.

Awesome to see a Syracuse University student writing for the Bump. Way to go, Lindsay! All very cool names, BTW. Admittedly I am glad to NOT see my son’s name (born 6/20/12) on the list.
