I know with my kids that the more they feel independent, they more they can reach what is at eye level, the more they play with their toys and read their books. Of course there is clean up time. It&#039;s a work in progress. But what we try to do is clean up after you finish a task, or sing that song that every kid seems to know and helps in the whole process - &quot;Clean up. Clean up.
