Recall Alert! Energizer Rotating Night Lights
This afternoon, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Energizer recalled 260,000 of its Energizer Rotating Night Lights. The recall comes after a series of reports of the light over heating and causing minor property damage.
The recalled light was sold exclusively at Target stores nationwide from February 2010 through July 2012 for about $6.
If you think you may have a recalled Energizer Rotating Night Light, check the side of the night light for the model number stamp. Codes between 0110 and 0111 are included in this recall.The code is stamped in a circle on the back of the night light. The arrow points to the month of production (i.e. 12 = December) and the number positioned on either side of the arrow represents the year (i.e. “10” = 2010).
Do you own this nightlight? Stop using the product immediately and unplug the recalled night lights from any outlets.
