Unfortunately the peeing the pants thing didn’t end after pregnancy was over! I now judge how great a workout was by how full my pee-pad is. Oh yah, I’m with you on the over-sharing!!!

One time my husband made me laugh so hard when I was pregnant that I started to gag and threw up in the skin and while I was throwing up I peed all over the floor. At least he helped me clean it all up.

Yep, happened to me. Unfortunately, I had to have surgery to correct my incontinence. My third baby was 11 lbs and my body didn’t recover well – no matter how many kegels I did. Consequently, baby #4, born last October, was born via scheduled c-section.
