		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m the same way about leftovers, I don&#039;t care to have the same meal twice. However, that said, you need be careful about what you save and when you reuse it. I&#039;ve worked in food service for years. Here are some good general guidelines: seafood is good for 1 day, white meat 2 days, red meat 3 (only if well done, rare loses a day). If u cooked, cooled, and recooked give the leftovers to the dog, they don&#039;t keep more than 4 hours after being recooked.]]></description>
