		<description><![CDATA[Good for you for looking into hypnobirthing. As a form of natural childbirth it really can help. As you say, the point of it is to use hypnosis techniques to create a state of relaxation and calm for a far easier and relatively pain-free birth than you might otherwise have.
I was also skeptical when I first heard about it, but it does actually make some logical sense.  We&#039;ve become attuned by tv, movies and the media to believe that childbirth is a terrifying, long, painful experience that often includes screaming, but it doesn&#039;t have to be. I guess it&#039;s first about your frame of mind and then allowing yourself to relax through it all.
I used the Hypnobirthiing Centre in the UK, who were great and I had a wonderful experience.]]></description>
