		<description><![CDATA[This is so true!  I love the suggestion to bring a change of clothes for yourself.  I&#039;m guilty of neglecting this most of the time.

My other essentials are: extra formula or pumped breast milk (unless you are breastfeeding and will be there the whole time), a diaper-changing pad (those change tables are DIRTY!), and an extra key to the house.  I&#039;ve been locked out with the little one twice, and my mother-in-law got locked out with him today!]]></description>
