PPD is a serious condition and information, like this post, help educate and promote awarness that it is NOT just feeling tired and overwellmed after delivery.  While it may start this way, PPD can progress quickly.  New dads and family members need more education and information on what signs to look for.  And for all our sakes, let&#039;s take the stigma out of seeking help.]]></description>
