I’m at 14 weeks today and dealing with moderate HG. It has been a roller coaster of a battle. I’ve thrown up every day, sometimes multiple days, for the past week. My doctor is watching it closely and I’ve had great support from a HG support group. It is not something that people understand and there is very little research done on the condition and no cure. If you come down with it, I pray for you. Please remember that your baby will be worth it. Hearing the heartbeat at every checkup has been what keeps me going. It is my hope that more research will be done on this condition so that mothers suffering from it in the future will have some relief.

Wow! You poor thing! That is terrible! I had borderline Hyperemesis and it really isn’t no joke. I almost had to have a zofran pump. But as hard headed as I am I refused it and I am 9 months and still have my days. It’s not fun at all. I am so ready for this little girl to come it’s crazy. I really feel for you and every other woman out there who has had to go through and will go through this. It’s terrible being so sick you can’t even move and throwing up every time you turn around.
