It seems like everyday there’s a new celebrity mama that comes out of the woodwork looking amazing just days after delivering baby. We know that’s not the norm (and not something mom’s should aspire to, anyway!), so we did some digging to see just which celebrity mamas were out there talking about losing the baby weight the healthy way – without rushing to drop the pounds.
Recently, new mama Kristen Bell made headlines when she opened up on Twitter about her desire not to lose the baby weight, if that’s what her postpartum body wanted. She said, “I’m proud to sit out of the baby weight rat race.” And even though she’s still 15 pounds away from her pre-pregnancy body, she’s not in overdrive trying to melt away the weight. She tweeted, “I’m going to continue working out and see where it goes. I like my Lincoln Leftovers because they’re proof I did something extraordinary. I gave life to my new BFF & she gave me a comical amount of midsection skin.” Aw, Kristen! We love your Lincoln Leftovers, too! You go, mama.
