Earlier today, the CPSC announced a voluntary recall on 25,000 US and 1,100 Canadian Build-A-Bear Sulley Stuffed Animals. According to the report, the stuffed animal’s eye can detach, posing a choking hazard for kids. So far, no incidents or injuries have been reported. The toy, featured in the Monsters Inc. films, is a stuffed monster covered in blue furry fabric with purple sports, a horn on his head and blue eyes. It mesures 17 inches long and 10.5 inches wide. The following tracking labels can be found on the sewn-in label on the backside of the leg of the stuffed animal: 4384 and 4385 (for US) and 4379 (for Canada).

If you own the stuffed animal, stop using it immediately and return it to any Build-A-Bear Workshop location to receive a coupon for any other stuffed animal. The Sulley doll was sold in-stores and online during June of 2013 for about $23.
