Mama-to-be Kate Winslet looked chic, relaxed and absolutely beautiful at the Toronto International Film Festival over the weekend, where she debuted her latest film, Labor Day (no pun intended, right?). And while we’re totally smitten with Kate’s red carpet look, we realized that her camera-ready glow isn’t exactly an everyday outfit staple for women everywhere. So we took it upon ourselves to take some serious style pointers from her look and put together an outfit that expectant women could rock (and still feel comfortable in!) no matter where they’re off to.

We love the full coverage on this rounded neckline and tie-waist belt from Mama.licious for ASOS; it’s a step down from Kate’s dress and offers a little more modest coverage for moms-to-be who might not want to show it all off. The adjustable tie-waist also makes it possible for the dress to last through your entire pregnancy — you can tighten (or loosen) the fit as baby grows (and so do you!). Kate’s luxe leather-sleeved blazer comes with a hefty price-tag, so we toned it down a notch with this Wardour Maternity Blazer from Isabella Oliver. It has a the same color-contrast as Kate’s, but instead of leather, the trim is lined in stretch tulle. Lastly, it’s safe to say that Kate’s film premiere shoes aren’t exactly made for the day-to-day wear and tear that comes with your morning commute. Plus, who can even think to stand all day on those sky-high stilettos? Instead, we shopped around and found these Pamela Scalloped Mary Jane Pumps from LOFT that have a padded footbed for extra support (score!) and a strap to keep you snug. It helps that the scalloped detailing is adorable too.
