On November 25th, The Honest Company, spearheaded by co-founder and celebrity mama Jessica Alba, announced the launch of The Collective, their exclusive line of home and baby product collaborations that offer moms eco-friendly and environmentally-safe gear and prodcuts they can feel good about buying.

The first stop on their tour? A gorgeous collaboration with Baby Jogger! The new City Mini GT (which you’ve probably seen Jess strolling her sweet baby girl, Haven, around in) retails for $369 and offers moms everything they love about the regular City Mini with a few new touches. The City Mini GT has the standard folds-with-one-hand technology but as part of The Honest Company collab, the GT is covered in an ultra-durable, easy-to-wash fabric identical to the gray-and-teal palate Honest is known for. The Honest butterfly is even noticeable on the safety strap!

The goal of The Collective, sold exclusively on Honest.com, is to join with brands and artisans who share The Honest Company’s unwavering commitment to quality, healthier products. Jess even said in a statement, “We see The Collective as another way for us to deliver on our promise to continually inspire and delight.” Christopher Gavigan, founder and Chief Product Officer of The Honest Company added, “Engaging directly with our customers on a daily basis, we’ve been hearing a growing desire for baby gear and nursery must-haves that offer Honest’s promise of transparency, uncompromising health standards, and of course our Honest style. Inherently, Honest loves to find and showcase meaningful stories, so why not bring some of these delightful innovations to consumer goods? The Collective was also born out of our desire as parents to find refined and beautiful products featuring heritage craftsmanship with modern sensibilities, all sprinkled with a touch of fun.”

What else can be found on The Collective? Tons, like an organic cotton baby carrier from Beco; a versatile Honest Utility Tote handcrafted by LayerXLayer; easy clean eco-leather b.box essential diaper carrier; colorful and sustainable manny and simon wooden push toys; handmade one-of-a-kind wool and fleece Cate & Levi hats; and the chic and multi-functional organic knit Honeyami blanket. And the future of the mission seems just as bright. In early 2014, partnerships with Aden & Anais and Babyletto are coming — and that’s just the beginning!
