J. Crew has recalled around 8,700 baby coveralls due to a choking hazard, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The CPSC stated that the snaps on the coveralls can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. Although the company has received eight reports of snaps detaching, no injuries have been reported to date.

The coveralls were sold at J.Crew stores in New York and California, online at jcrew.com and the J.Crew catalog from October 2013 to March 2014 for about $30.
