Though no incidents or injuries have been reported, the Consumer Product Safety Commission has recalled over 2,800 high chairs due to a strangulation and fall hazard.

Dream on Me Dinah High Chairs, which were sold online by and exclusively from November 2012 to November 2013, are being recalled because a child’s body could easily get through the side or leg opening of the chair and either be trapped at the neck or fall.

The recalled models are 285-B and 285-R, both numbers which can be found on a white label on the seatback. If you have one of these chairs, you can call to receive a free repair kit at (877) 201-4317 during regular business hours.

How do you keep you child safe in his high chair?
