A Tour of Jenna Bush Hager’s NYC Nursery
Baby Girl Blue
Jenna and husband Henry waited until Mila was born to find out if they were having a boy or a girl, so they initially took a gender-neutral approach when tackling the space. "I was actually so certain that I was having a boy that we painted the room a neutral blue," Jenna told TODAY. “Even though it’s blue, it still has a feminine touch.”
Getting Sentimental
The art and decorations on display come mostly from friends and family. As for the blue ukulele? Jenna's sister Barbara played it at the baby shower, making Jenna laugh so hard her water broke.
Bookworm
The Today show staff gifted baby Mila with plenty of books, including one perfect for the city baby, Goodnight New York City.
Exhibition Gallery
Not only was most of the art gifted to Mila; some of it was made just for her. That cat in the middle? An early masterpiece by grandpa, former president and artist George W. Bush. (Jenna swears he's improved!)
