Ever since Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick welcomed daughter Penelope Scotland on July 8, we’ve been dying to see pictures. The wait is over. The latest issue of Us Weekly has the first photos!

The cover features a smiling Kourtney with a happy Mason and sleeping Penelope. Kourtney gushed about becoming a mother of two saying, “Nothing could prepare me for how hard I fell in love with her.”

We’re sure Kourtney and her sisters are filling up Penelope’s closet with designer baby couture (lucky kid!)

Looking for a star-worthy name for a baby girl? How about Harper?

Saturday Night Live star Bill Hader and his wife Maggie Carey welcomed their second daughter Saturday and named her Harper. Harper Hader (love the alliteration!) joins a elite group of celeb babies with the same first name. David and Victoria Beckham, Neil Patrick Harris, Tiffani Thiessen, Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl and Lisa Marie Presley all have daughters named Harper.

This English name, of course, reminds us of To Kill a Mockingbird author Harper Lee. It means harp player. (How sweet!) And it appears to becoming more popular. The name came in 54^th in 2011 on the Social Security Administration’s Top Baby Names List followed by Alexa and Makayla.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced two stroller recalls: about 223,000 Peg Perego strollers and about 5,000 Kolcraft strollers.

The Peg Perego recall includes older models of the Venezia and Pliko-P3 strollers manufactured between January 2004 and September 2007. They pose entrapment and strangulation risks.

Infants younger than 12 months of age are at risk of injury if they’re not harnessed. An opening between the stroller tray and seat bottom allows a child’s body, causing their head and neck to get caught by the tray. Only strollers with a child tray and one cup holder are part of the recall.

The recalled Peg Perego strollers were sold at retail stores including Buy Buy Baby and Babies R Us from January 2004 through September 2010. You can find the model number on a white label on the back of the Pliko P-3’s seat and on the Venezia’s footboard.

The Kolcraft recall includes Contours Options LT Tandem strollers, which can pose falling and choking hazards. The front wheel assembly can break, resulting in a fall. Detached nuts pose a choking hazard to young children.

There have been six reports of front caster wheels breaking and two reports of the basket’s support screws and nuts detaching. The recalled strollers were sold at Burlington Coat Factory, Amazon.com and Target.com between February 2012 and July 2012. This recall includes all Contours Options LT Tandem strollers with the model number ZT012.

If your stroller is part of the Kolcraft recall, stop using it immediately and contact Kolcraft to receive free replacement wheels. If your stroller was manufactured in January and February 2012, you’ll receive replacement nuts for the basket support screws. We think surname of the main character of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel is sure to rise in popularity when the film debuts at Christmas. It definitely will help that Jay Gatsby will be played by everyone’s favorite leading man, Leonardo DiCaprio.

Halcyon

Crazy, Stupid, Love actress Beth Littleford adopted a baby girl in March and named her Halcyon. The name is derived from Halcyone, a mythical kingfisher bird that calmed the seas.

Django

This is the title character of Quentin Tarantino’s next movie about Django Reinhardt, a Belgian jazz guitarist who adopted the Gypsy nickname meaning “I awake.”

Sybil

People are starting to forget all about the ‘70s movie Sybil, where the title character (played by Sally Field) has multiple personality disorder and instead are getting inspired by kindhearted nurse Sybil Crawley of Downton Abbey, bringing back this ancient Greek name.

Rue

The Hunger Games are everywhere, especially when it comes to baby names. Rue used her survival skills to befriend Katniss in the Games. Name your daughter after this clever tribute, and she’ll be the talk of the playground.

Grayson

This English name means “son of the grey-haired one.” The Grayson family on ABC’s Revenge is the inspiration for this unique boy’s name. But there are plenty of other Graysons in pop culture, such as the bachelor-turned-family man Josh Hopkins plays on Cougartown.

Moms, we know you’ve been checking the baby bottles you buy for that “BPA-free” label. Pretty soon, you may not have to.

Tuesday, the U.S. federal government announced that baby bottles and sippy cups can no longer contain the chemical bisphenol-A (BPA). The decision was made after The American Chemistry Council asked the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to make the ban, so starting in October, it will be unlawful to sell baby bottles with BPA in them. However, currently manufacturers say they haven’t use the chemical in bottles and sippies in years, and we’re guessing all the bottles you see in the store are marked BPA-free.

So, what’s so scary about BPA? Some researchers believe ingestion of the chemical disrupts the reproductive and nervous system in babies and young children. Other studies suggest exposure to BPA can cause behavior problems and childhood asthma. But chemical makers stand by the belief that the chemical is safe for food and drink uses. The FDA says it hasn’t found proof that humans are negatively affected by BPA; they’re spending $30 million on studies to further test the effects of BPA.

Kelsey Grammer and his wife Kayte are now the parents of a baby girl! The newest member of the Grammer family was born Friday in Los Angeles and weighed in at six pounds, two ounces. Faith Evangeline Elisa Grammer is Kelsey’s fifth child and Kayte’s first.

“We are thrilled,” the couple told People. “Mother and child are in excellent health.”

The birth of Faith shadowed somber news from the family. Kayte was expecting twins, but miscarried her baby boy earlier in the pregnancy. The couple previously miscarried in 2010.

“A glorious birth with a lingering sadness is ours today. We choose to celebrate the life that has been given us. We proudly introduce our Faith to the world today looking forward to the days ahead and children yet to come.”

British pop star Lily Allen is pregnant again! A friend of the singer told the UK’s Mirror that Lily recently had a three-month prenatal visit and everything looks A-o.k.

“Lily has started telling her friends and everybody in her close circle is so excited for her,” says the source. “It was a surprise but Lily and Sam are thrilled. The pair of them have loved every minute of ­parenthood so far and wanted to expand their brood quickly. So it’s great timing.”

Lily and her husband Sam Cooper wed in England last summer while she was pregnant with daughter Ethel, who’s now 7 months old.

We’re especially happy for Lily since she’s gone through some tough times. In 2008, she suffered a miscarriage when she was dating British musician Ed Simmons And in 2010, she lost another pregnancy after battling a viral infection at six months.

On Twitter, Lily wrote:

“Thank you for all your congratulations today. I honestly couldn’t be happier. Such an honour to be on the list!#Timestop50tweeters.”
